2D Platformer Work-In-Progress: Part 1

I recently enrolled in a Unity course called “Desarrollo de Videojuegos en Unity: Una Introducción” in Coursera by Universidad de los Andes. The course is 8-weeks long and at the end, the goal is to have a working prototype for a 2D game.

I decided to create a 2D platformer called “Graveyard Samurai”. The plot is:

An Angel of dead has decided to bring Armageddon earlier than expected and it’s recruiting the help of undead monsters. The Blade of Destiny has detected this threat and has chosen a mighty warrior to fight against the Fallen Angel and his minions. Collecting the Orbs of Power is the only way to restore the Blade to its full power and defeat the Fallen Angel.
